#Hands United in Hope and Love
Over the past seven years, our Hands United in Hope and Love ministry has helped several struggling parishes in Nicaragua serve the needs of their people. Sacred Heart of Jesus parish in the tiny community of Chacraseca is where our relationship began, and it remains the “heart” of our efforts today.
When we recently asked the new pastor, Padre Adrian, what his parish needs most at this time, he replied, “As for the care of the material structures, we need to install the entire electrical system of our parish church. This means a big expense, but it is urgent to be able to do it.”
Our goal for this year’s #weGiveSJC campaign on Giving Tuesday is to raise $2,500, which will allow Padre Adrian to complete this important project. As always, muchas gracias for your support of our ministry and our friends in Christ in Nicaragua.
